I want my bank account opened.
Good morning hello Peter. I want to share my frustrations with FNB bank. I wrote a review here they promised to call back. Now I can't access my funds. There is nothing as painful as knowing that you have money but you can't access it. I keep calling and thee agents tell me your case still under investigation. Investigation for what while I received funds for designing a website. I have sent the proof of payment they requested. After writing a review here they promised to call but they didn't call yet I keep calling them. I'm beyond frustrated with this bank.

I am very unhappy with FNB bank. After writing my review I received a call from the lady who has been busy with my account. Her name is Boitumelo Mogane. She called me and said I should go to a police station to get a clearance I asked her clearance for what because u received funds and I provided proof of payment. She said no I should go because there is a case I told her I don't know the place mentioned there, she said I should go to a police station, I asked if she needed affidavit or what. She said clearance. Okay I went to the police station I showed them the email from Boitumelo that there is a case in magaleskruin and FNB said I should come and tell my side of the story. I told them that I made a website for my client and he sent me money. I told them to get the investigator in Magaleskruin the police officers then told me there is no such police station. They said they will write me an affidavit, I explained to them that Boitumelo said she wanted clearance they told me clearance for what because I'm not a ********, I showed them the proof of payment from my client. So I called Boitumelo while I was still at the police station I explained the situation and I told her what they said and they should open my account because I can't be treated like some ******** for my account. She then hang up. I called again when u said it's Miranda she hung up. Detective Nkosi said give me her number when he tried to call number was disconnected, I tried too the number could not go through anymore. So what should I do now. FNB should open my account and get my money afterwards I'm leaving them for good. I cannot be mishandled like this. I'm beyond angry.
