I want my account closed A.S.A.P

I want my FNB Plat card cancelled urgently as I sent a complaint last week Tuesday but no-one has come back to me, as of today i'm no longer a FNB client. I this is not done it will be a breach of contract. I've never experienced such a useless bank in my life. They decline you for everything and don't respond to your queries. All my families business accounts will also be terminated once I speak to my parents.. So long BEEP bank...
