i have waiting on the line for 4 hours , just to get a settlement offer on my loan, I'm sure airtime used amount exactly to te money I want to pay back to them , so in another words I have lost ! technician transferred me bcos their system is slow !

i keep hearing music ! must I calculate the airtime used if it amounts to the settlement then we even?
