I visited fnb vereeniging and was assisted by Lerato Molefe, I was so worried about opening a business account as I'm a newly registered business woman. I didn't have money for my account activation, when I got to the branch I was assisted by her and she gave me a warm welcome. She asked me a lot of questions and after careful consideration she advised me on opening up a Business zero account. I didn't struggle at all, I got my confirmation letter and card was order. She offers me a suitable product and I'm very grateful to her for going all out to assist me and gave me an excellent experience. She has excellent customer service skills
