I've received 3 useless calls in 2 weeks

I can't believe what I was thinking when I joined FNB LOC since 2014 when it was still fresh, I've never used it for something serious. Now that I have someone who is owing me they can't help me and I have never used this service for something serious, I've 3 people calling me all of them looking for loopholes so that they cannot help me. I don't know why this is so difficult to help. When I request help I get told to get my own lawyer at my own expenses and I I am paying them so that when I get to situation like the one I am in right now they should help me. Little did I know that I was just wasting my money for the past 2 years. Guys please cancel my membership with immediate effect I will join clientele or legal wise. I cannot go on with service like this. Beg for service yet when it comes to paying I don't come with stories.
