I transferred R3000 ...

I transferred R3000 frm my FNB Acc to my standard bank via pay shape they have been sending me frm pillar to post since Friday till today I'm at the branch now they send they send the money it's in my bank bt there is no money I feel like a fool and every one that I have been speaking to is busy saying that I Wil receive it within 1 hour till now since Friday, why they are saying that it's in where as it's not, Friday they said to me I will get it, there was nothing, Saturday there was nothing again, Sunday I even went to the other branch, I was told I will see it in 3 hours,imagine tht I hv moved my salary from Standard to FNB I have been at the branch since 9h3am
