I took your money but Dont call me, il call you. NOT.

On 24th August 2016, I withdrew R1000 from the FNB Campus Square atm. The atm reurned my card but not my money. I immediately called the numbers given at the top of the atm. The consultant asked me for my email address to email me an atm dispute form since the money was drawn after the branch had closed. The next morning I went to the FNB Parktown branch to submit the form but was taken to the ATM instead by the consultant to lodge the dispute. After doing so, i immediately received an automated sms from FNB saying they would be in contact with me n 24-48hours. When the time lapsed for them to contact me, i instead contacted them, only to be told that my reference number cannot be traced on the system and after being transfered to "dispute" department and speaking to three different consultants i was told that they cannot assist me and that i should return to the branch in person to resolve the matter. When getting to the branch i was told a different story that it may take up to 14days. what if this was my last money to get by for the month? and why if it was a fault with their atm should I have to be inconvienced like this? My reference number again could not be traced on their system and the consultant phoned the atm dispute department just i did where she was told to draft an email. That was Monday. The consultant promised to get back to me. 4days later NO COMMUNICATION, NO MONEY. I am livid with FNB'S unproffessionalism and poor customer service. I am considering closing my account as soon as my money is returned!!! VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPOINTED!!!
