I took a loan with FNB in 2020 the money was deducted frm my account monthly

I took a loan with FNB in 2020 the money was deducted frm my account monthly . I didn't skip a month My last payment was in December 2025. January 2026 they debited. Now in February 2026 they come up with arrears and interest. All these years they did not say anything now that am done paying the loan they are busy frustrating me by debiting their unknown arrears with interest frm my account. The Lady by name of Lerato promised to solve this matter in 48 Hrs bcz she will refer it to the Investigators till to day nothing has been done but my money is gone
