I think I should just sue FNB for the loss in my company

FNB even have not released my account. They said I should go and tell the person who send me that money to go and confirm that the money is from her. We did that. I think I must just sue FNB for what my business is going through because what is happening with my account I can't even explain it. Why is that people that receive money from my account their accounts r working cuz I pay my employees n I buy stock with that account
