I think I should close my account

<p>I am a Fnb customer for more then a year now I did have a Fnb contactless card with my initials engraved on the card my card was delivered toe still last year as I did have a smart account but was downgraded to a easy account online secure was automatically activated and I could do online shopping now my card got lost and I cancelled it and wanted to order a new one but couldn't so I go in to the brunch and I get a new card how ever this card don't let me to online shopping and it is not letting me add online secure at all so now I ask Fnb if they can order me the same Fnb contactless card that has my initials engraved on the card like last time and delivered to me as I will even attached a pic of how my card looked b4 if you can't help me then I'll close my account because I only got my account to do online shopping and the brunch say they cant help me I need a card like the one in the picture because that's the only card I can do online shopping with and as u can see I had it be4 I attached a pic</p>
