I am so sick and tired of this bank, it’s one problem after another. 1. I rejected a debicheck, yet the debit order went off yesterday. 2. When I try to reverse the debit order, it doesn’t allow me to, it says I should contact them. That means one thing, if reverse the debit order myself then I’ll only be charged R5, but they’re forcing me to reverse through an agent so they can charge me R50.
