I submitted my claim under my policy on the 11th March 2026

I submitted my claim under my policy on the 11th March 2026.turnaround time is completed regarding the POLICY DOCUMENTS with 2 days extra but there is no feedback as the assessment time has been finished.i phoned them several times trying to get a feed back but no one who give me the valid reason for this,I am frustrated with this.
