My sister took out a life cover policy with FNB in 2017

She unfortunately passed away after a short illness on the 22nd of June 2023.

I have been struggling with FNB since July for them to pay out the money due to my nephew to no avail. Instead I am being told about my sister's not being truthful on answering the questions and when I’m asking for the records and everything they ignoring me.
