I specified debit order date
I asked for my debit order date to be changed to the 25th. They requested a confirmation letter from H.R , I sent it, they emailed me back saying that my letter shows that my salary pay date is the 20th, therefore the debit order will go off then. I agreed. Its the 25th and no debit order has been made.
