I requested for my home loan access funds and did the applications and went through the waiting period. Weeks after the waiting period has passed I keep calling and they always tell me I’ll get my money within 48 hours. It’s been over three weeks and they keep giving me the same excuse. They promise to call back and update but they never do. What they don’t realize is they are killing my dream on the other end and ruining my reputation by making me an unreliable person and a ****. They really don’t care about anyone these bank; they are selfish. You are not a bank of your word and you never keep a promise.
