I regret taking an ATM LOAN with FNB

Roughly Two or Three years back I was stranded and took an ATM loan with FNB wich was immediatly approved and little did I know I am just blocking my way to success through FNB. they pride themselves as one of the leading banks but they are all incompitent honestly. after calling nearly 10 different departments I am still not helped and it seems as if everyone doesnt know who is suppose to help me. They collected their money that I had loaned from them but they didnt take everyhing and only left a lousy R140.00 after banking with them for so long they didnt even tell or inform me that I had an oustanding amount of R140.00 that is due to them , instead they took me to legal department and garnished me completetly even though they still had access to my account as they were my bankers. When I finnaly tried to purchase a car I found out that FNB had taken me to Legal, I didnt argue even when i felt that I should but instead i went and paid them the money. A year after I had paid the amount due to them I tried again to purchase a vehicle and they still havent removed me off their system which they promised to remove after I paid them. well what i mean here is that I tried to get help from all departments but I am unable to get help. what i want to understand who will help me find out how to help myself seeing that the people that work for FNB are totally ***********?
