I regret associating myself with FNB ever in my life

I have been told to go up and down just because I was requesting for my settlement letter, at first I called FNB requesting for my settlement letter and they told me that they are not able to assist me because I have lost all my banking cards and now they can't verity without a bank card, so they advised me to go to the nearest branch with my id book, I did go there but when I got to the branch so that they can take my fingerprints to verify, the consultant who was assisting me put me on the phone to call credit card department again asking for the same thing, then eventually some answered the phone and said to me I must go back and write some email and they game me an email address to go and request for this letter and they advised me that the turn around for my request takes about 4-5 days, I mean that is totally inconvenience to me, why must I suffer this much just to ask for a mere letter to be given to me, why do they play with me and say I must walk to their branch for nothing, that is total waste of my time and its draining and stressing.
