I recon I am done with FNB

Been to the PTA north branch this morning. Asked to speak to the business consultant. The person was not in when bank opened. Left my phone number. Went back a second time. Not in. Went back for a third time. Finally, the person is in. Want to open a loan account on my existing FNB business account. Got sent to Gesina branch because apparently I am a Gesina client. I haven’t even open my accounts at Gesina. Never Have I been to Gesina. I am a FNB client. Multiple business accounts. Private client account. Have togho back multiple times to the branch to see if someone is working. Absolutely pathetic. This is starting to happen to often. Incompetency at its highest level.
