I received my salary and there were debit orders and transactions that went through on my account and i was aware of the balance. I received a payment from another FNB user and the balance still didn’t change, i called FNB and i was advised that the way a R4 900 that was pending and it’ll reflect. Even today i haven’t received that money and when i call to ask, i’m just running in circles the money is not there. I cannot even get a clear picture of what’s happening. They also told me that the virtual card goes double and FNB will refund me R1005.00 but still where’s the R4900
