I previously banked with FNB and closed my account about seven months ago

I previously banked with FNB and closed my account about seven months ago. Since then, I have been trying to have my remaining funds repatriated, but the matter has remained unresolved for over seven months despite following all instructions and providing a sworn affidavit. My funds, which form part of my working capital, are still being held, even though they are legally mine. I am struggling to understand why they cannot be transferred to an account I have formally nominated. My case relates to International Al**** Procurement, managed by McGown Samuriwo passport number GN447761, and former account number ***. I would like to acknowledge Galley Lauren for her kindness and professionalism. She has been helpful, but it appears internal policies are preventing a practical resolution. I hope FNB can review this matter with flexibility and help bring it to a conclusion.I need tthese funds asap because they form part of my working capital.
