I phoned the sales call center twice this morning, spoke to Robert and Nyiko they each promised to phone me back but Nyiko never did. Robert phone too soon from the agreed time, I couldn't take his call and he never called again. That's when I phoned 2nd time and spoke to Nyiko who never called back as promised.
