I paid for airtime I didn't get

I Both airtime on 26 July at 3 septate times on-line and I didn't get the airtime. I phoned them and after waiting a long time I got cut off after explaining to the service centre what the problem is and I didn't hear back. I mailed on Friday and again this morning and I still don't have airtime!!!! I want a refund for everything I both. <br>
