I paid account in full and FNB still demands money for this account

On 12 Nov 2024I checked my revolving facility and it said the outstanding amount is R4067,75 which I have paid. A few days later I checked again to see if the account is now settled and then noticed it says: R135,55 outstanding. I wrote FNB an email, but they failed to respond, and then on Nov 18, 2024, 3:07 PM I received an email from FNB stating: “Your Revolving Facility is in arrears. Kindly make payment of R69.00...”

It seems like the only time I get FNB to answer me on this mess of all my accounts is when I write to you and request help.
