I ordered Fnb card is not even a month and their chip card is not working

I ordered a card from FNB last month after my card was swallowed by their ATM now their card chip is not working, when I try to withdraw it doesnt work, even when I swipe. They charge me R120 which is too much for the card that work not even for a month. I am tired with fnb I always replace their card if is not their machine switching off while transacting is their chip not working. R120 charge is too much for a card that did not even work for a month. I have been transferring money to capitec so that can withdraw or swipe. I am tired with this. I never experienced any problem with capitec card, fnb need to up the quality of their card serious this is not acceptable. I want a card with no charge fees cause this is not my fault can't order a personalized card and fewer weeks is not working.
