I opened and account with FNB account this month and did few deposits with no problem. Today i got another transfer into the same account and my money was held not showing into the account. Tried calling the call center and ended up talking to to total of

I come back here again with me expressing my disgruntlent on the matter above till this date my case hasnt been solved i am being posted from pillar to post, its been 15days since i had my account incident with FNB which i posted above and it hasnt been issued. The root of all this messup was they didnt give me all the forms to fill which had Tcs and Cs on how that account works when opening that type of account. when opening up my account only to have my money with held. I have to the bank 3 times they cant hekp me sent numeous emails back and forth with them and its not really helping me. I called the call center only to be tossed around every department and not getting help. i am getting into week 3 now and still no progress. How dont know when their MOTTO says how can we help when they are not helping me at all.
