I opened a non resident account, transferred money from an American Bank via Remitly on 13 December, checked my account and it’s appearing on my balance but not available for use

I opened a non resident account, transferred money from an American Bank via Remitly on 13 December, checked my account and it’s appearing on my balance but not available for use . I contacted their WhatsApp platform and was advised that my funds are held up and for them to be released i need to call the Fnb non resident line , l called and their calls are hardly answered , on Wednesday 17 September I finally got through after an hour of waiting on the line , was advised that l need to send a conversion slip and they provided an email , l sent the email , l was told once l send tha slip my funds will be released immediately, but till today nothing , yesterday on Friday 19 December I called again and was assured that they will look at the email and release the funds but till today there is nothing . I no longer know what to do in order to get my money released, l regret opening this account .
