I opened a business account online on 4 May 2026, and as of 1 June 2026, it is still not active. I have submitted all required documents, made numerous phone calls, and sent multiple emails, yet the issue remains unresolved. Because of this delay, I cannot make payments or access funds from my PayFast account, which is directly affecting my ability to run my business. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and communication after nearly a month of trying to resolve this matter. This is my final attempt to get assistance before I move all my accounts to another bank.
