I now just personally hate fnb. Literally looking for better options.

I paid off my personal loan on the 13th of December 2019 but realised that there is a fee of R54.73 that was outstanding which I then also paid into my account then on the Saturday after the 13th I went to an fnb branch, called into the personal loans department asking them to close the account since I paid off the total outstanding amount and they said no, don't worry it will be automatically closed. It is now 1 jan 2020 and I got billed interest for an account that should be closed already. I would like FNB to close the account and for it not to show on my app IMMEDIATELY, Meaning by then end of business day tomorrow it should be fixed. I am not waiting 48 hours for this to be fixed.
