I needed assistance

On Thursday 12 October 2017, I had a query regarding my ewallet. The customer liaison I approached had such a dismissive attitude. I explained my problem and she said it can be sorted at the ATM but I told her that If I could sort it at the ATM I wouldn't approach the branch for help. She then said to me, "go to the phones there" pointing at the selfhelp phones. Still with the "I'm bored and you're wasting my time attitude. After I received friendly online assistance I went back to the atm to complete my transaction. I withdrew my ewallet but I couldn't get my money. Long story short (or tall story rather), I really couldn't see my money even thought the atm screen clearly stated that I can get my money. Reason? I was too short and I couldn't see that my money came out a long time ago. I asked the security for help and he said "your money is there" . I said it's not here, and because he's much taller than me he could see it but I couldn't. He asked an FNB assistant to help...she just grabbed the money and shoved it to me. Needless to say, I was so embarrassed. Dear FNB eastgate, your customer liaison officer is your 1st point of entry, change her or school her about customer service. She was unfriendly, unapproachable, unhelpful and blatantly rude. As for Your security guard, he was rude. FNB eastgate made me feel like i was at home affairs...cold and unfriendly. FNB online, thank you for your friendly help. I've been to numerous FNB branches and I've received excellent service every single time, that's why I'm shocked at the service at FNB eastgate. Dear FNB, please teach your customer liaison officers to approach every customer in English "the global language "?I'm darked skinned but afrikaans is my 1st language. Being approached in sotho, zulu, etc...is unacceptable.
