I need urgent resolution on my FNB account

My FNB Account was placed on hold without prior communication and details and I have tried to reach out to FNB and asked for the investigators email or contact. So I can contact him or her to know what is wrong and provide necessary proof or evidence to facilitate my account released for usage and as such, I haven't been able to use my account for what I know nothing off.
