I need urgent feedback

I got a call from one of the agents and she sounded quite diligent on the phone and requested I send her an email afterward on everything we had discussed on the phone, She said that I would be contacted by a legal adviser within 2 working days after I sent the email.

I am just confused as if I got a call on the 8th and sent an email within minutes of the conversation, how come I am yet to get feedback? This issue is very time sensitive and requires urgent action, please man.

I have emailed and called and there is no assistance.
