I need to be able to use my card overseas

I left South Africa for Japan on 17 March. I notified FNB that I was in Japan and would be using my bank card. Since then I have had my transactions blocked by FNB, in particular Amazon orders. I contacted FNB on the secure APP and emailed the ***** department. They notified me that the card would be unblocked for 7 days! FNB please note that I am overseas and I need to be able to use MY account. I don't know who you have working in that department but 7 days is a joke.
