I need my R200 ewallet that I didn't receive due to loadshedding the power went off when I was about to get my money

Greetings please help me last month I went to FNB ATM in Phumula to withdraw my ewallet,I entered pin, My cell number,and amount then I pressed next ,just when I was waiting for money to come out the power went off ,I had hope that the money will be reversed hence I didn't get it It's August now and everytime I check the balance I have no funds when I check history also it shows -R200 I want my money back, I need it and please don't tell me to call that 087 number I have ran out of Airtime trying to get hold of those people
