I need my money back fnb
Fnb always behaves badly with me starting with always putting minus in my account and before yesterday I sent an ewallet to my friend of R2000 but when she went to withdraw the wallet said it was 0 without the 2000 and I sent another R100 it did the same when calling their support they could not provide any solution for me

31 Oct 2024, 09:42Fnb is definitely not the bank to go to cause I received a call from their agent regarding my complain and before starting any conversation she said we saw that the money was withdrawn and we won't refund anything and she was forcing me to believe her ******* I said no cause I have proof the money is with them she denied everything but I sent her all the proofs that the money wasn't sent but she just came with word and no proofs of her allegations guys be careful cause I heard that this is how fnb is doing now to **** people it's their new strategy to ***** our money , !!! And this is sad cause I'm not a millionaire I just a lady trying to survive now R2100 is gone just like this
