I need my money back

I accidentally transfer money with cellphone to a wrong account ,I went to the bank I completed the reversal form the bank tellers were so helpful and the document was sent to their reversal department.I was so surprised to get an email from the reversal department saying they are unable to get hold of the account holder that received the money I deposited.they supply me with the details of the person , I tried calling until I managed to get hold of the person and he told me he does not have an account .I am asking myself how come they are not able to reverse the money because they can see on their system that I did the transaction the money was from my account and I explained to them that I made an error , but they are able to give me the details of the person involve with his contact number

after I communicated with this person I phoned the reversal department and gave them the feedback from their client and the lady said that person was not faithful to me . and I asked the way forward from now she advised that I go to small claim and address my problem because there is nothing they can do as a bank.

what a poor service I have experienced , and the person that I was supposed to transfer the money to still waiting for these money and it seems like I will never get my money back.

please help me I am in tears
