I need my money

I have sent through documents and still not received my money. On the 20th of Feb R50000.00 was paid into loan 4000******x On the 25th of Feb R47000 was paid into loan ******x. This should have gone into account 6******xx On the 27th of Feb FNB takes out R44889.85 and on the 1 March 2019 Fnb takes out R2388.40. So where is the money that FNB has taken out of the loan account? It has not been paid to me yet and this has been going on for 6 weeks already. The refunds must be paid to account ***xx.
