I need my late husband money

Good evening hello Peter....I m experiencing a serious matter with FNB....my husband is late I've been travelling this bank as if there's something I'm buying here...last year I reported them to you as they were delaying and failing to transfer his funds from his personal account to my account since from 2022 only last year they did it after I complained to you about it....now im back again with the the same problem where's I've reported everything with them but they only chose to fix one issue and left 2behind ...when is this going to end. I haven't seen a Late Estate acc that takes so long while the main late member was buried Jan 2022....I've been told about escalations to supervisor's the last person I spoke to she said escalation will be send to the supervisor and I'll be cc'd till today no email came through ....only two things to be resolve to transfer R20 000 ramd worth of Ebucks and His FNB Shares this is even worse they still making deductions for these shares but they want me to complete the form they send 2022...I don't have that email anymore when I ask them to send it again it's difficult can someone tell me what exactly am I supposed to do...I they telling me to complete it and give me the shares that were listed from the email of 2022 and what about deductions that have been happening monthly invl this year are they saying I should forfeit it......that is my husband's money I have kids to maintain here can FNB PAY ME!! with immediate effect I'm tired of hearing stories that don't have direction because their behind the scenes these other departments they really giving the consultants in the branches a hell of a headache because they it's obvious evn if I can go there there's nothing they can do until they call someone somewhere whom they also relying on them for me to be assisted but I'll be leaving with empty promises...it's so embarrassing when you enter the bank everyone already knows your frustration they evn give me a ticket number without asking what am I there for cause already they know my story since 2022.
