I NEED my July statement!!!!!

It is 3August and still no statement for July on my husbands internet banking. I’ve asked on secure message just to be nr 299 in the que and then being told they don’t recognize the device and now I’m nr 628 in the que!!! Going on about if I want to make a payment of more than R301..... bla bla bla! I want my check account statement for July..... just shows they didn’t read the message! I also asked about my Covid 19 extrention if it was approved.... no reply
