I need my funds and that account closed

I recently wrote a review and also sent FNB an email concerning my frozen account a d no one has called me back instead my phone rang once today and when I was about to answer the call ended. Cause now they can debit their banking fes and still allow my salary in but I am not allowed to access my money.
