I need mu funds

My account was blocked now in December I have been speaking to Lunga Bottoman who is the ***** investigator consultant. There was funds in my bank and he said it will be send to my alternative bank Account. I gave him my account to transfere my funds but to date when I send him email asking him about my funds he does not respond. It's January and I'm still in need of the funds. Yes my relationship with FNB is over but that was my money in my account and I need it. Lunga Bottoman is being bossy towards me I'm a single mother and I need that funds. FNB does not even listen to our side of the story I sent him screen shot that the funds were for my cuzin and I did not know that he was selling a car part but they blocked my account. The bank cany assist me as they say I need to speak to Lunga Bottoman but he just read my emails and don't respond.
