I need help with my acc I need to use that account back I am kind of stuck

My acc has been closed since June this year I don't have access to it because they suspected ***** on it now I tried explaining even sent affidavit to a lady called Siphokazi Mqalu who is the one that opened the case but now they don't even tell me what else to send or do only told me that affidavit is not enough worst part I accidentally sent money to that ACC that I meant to send it to my daughter now I don't have access to it as well and the last email I sent to her her reply was kind of rude it was not professional at all and when I asked what more proof to send she just didn't reply my email, no updates no calls nothing from them 😭
