I NEED HELP!

I need some urgent assistance!<br> I app**** for car finance through VW and I was declined and I was advised it was because FNB listed me, I checked my credit report and I see none of that and I see that my TEMP LOAN which should be closed off with the credit bureau is still open!!! <br> I called the call center they cannot give me any information on this they tell me that they haven't listed me???<br> but how does that reflect with other banks???<br> I need answers as I paid up the temp long a year ago and the smart devices???<br> I NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS THE ANSWERS to call me and not refer me to other people!<br> <br>
