I need FNB TO refund/Reverse my R200 eWallet that I was withdrawing then load shedding happened

Greetings On the 18 of August I wrote a review about FNB, that I need my R200 back, I went to one of their Atm to withdraw eWallet. The power went off(load shedding) when I was waiting for my money to come out, so everytime when I check my balance it says insufficient. I want to know what happened to my money please, I need it back. It was on the 1 of July when this thing happened
