I need clear information!

I am going crazy trying to find out about a cellphone deal on FNB. I have been bounced around from agent to agent. The website is incredibly unclear. Someone who actually knows something about buying a cellphone with some sort of included bundle on FNB needs to call me ASAP please. If this is what it's going to be like dealing with FNB Connect, I am put off already.
