I need a letter that says I'm not paying a bond

I am so angry with FNB, I app**** for a home loan with SA Homeloans when they run my credit check they picked up that I'm paying for a bond. I went to the branch trying to sort that out but no one helped me instead they put me through to their home loans department, I phoned and told them my problem. They told me to send an e-mail, I sent them that email but up until today they never rep****. I'm so disappointed with what they did and I don't know now what to do because I'm about to loose that house. All I need is just a simple letter that says that I'm not paying any bond <br>
