I NEED A CARD.

I upgraded to gold cheque acc on tuesday morning aftet a consultant,convinced me ti and explained why i should,okay i decided to upgrade.Now i did this application in tuesday morning,my savings acc card was cancelled after i requested that.Okay I am now without a bank card the courier company only calls me today and tell me they will deliver my card in 3-5working day????what do i do in the meantime i need to shop online i need a card,what do i do please advice,please also reverse the card replacement fee as i was adviced that i will not be charged by Desmond.
