I'm Leaving

A few months ago i picked up a company debiting R99.00 from my account. By the time i saw it it had happened 8 times. I got there number from the ref and called and queried it. They found it was an error probably the wrong account t number was typed in. Credited the money to me and promised to cancel this. Today i see it again and it has been done twice in the space of a week , 25/08 and 02/09. I was livid. I called and asked for a nr of my branch, hyde park and was given parktowns no, they then gave me randburgs no and they in turn the call centers number. I eventually settled to talk to the call centre. They advised i must go to a branch and let them reverse it and put a stop order(my charge) or go to make a police report(my time). FNB are not responsible for third party activations. what really gets to me is that i pay FNB a service charge how do they protect me? by allowing any willy nilly with a debit order to take money from my acc. where is my authorization or signature?must i drop my job and run to the bank everytime to resolve any issues, so why pay a call centre. So naar but its cool ill take my business elsewhere!
