I'm Floored!!!

<br> I have to mention the wonderful attitude shown by FNB Long Street consultant Myrlaine this morning. <br> <br> <br> What stands about this lady is her willingness to go the extra mile even when it could have gone unnoticed. It tells me she sincerely cares about clients and doesn't need supervision to render impeccable service!<br> <br> <br> Myrlaine was consulting with another client in her office when I came into the bank. Later when she and the client she was busy with had to wait on another division ... Myrlaine didn't decide to use this as an opportunity to sit back and relax or to catch up on email or keep herself busy on her cellphone. I'm sure we can all think of people who would have used this as an opportunity to take a breather. Instead, Myrlaine selflessly stood up and approached people in queues in order to expedite things for them ... <br> <br> <br> There are undoubtedly millions of things she could have kept herself busy with in her office, with impunity, but she chose to put customers' needs first ...! <br> <br> <br> I don't think it gets better than that!
