I'm done! FNB are just ******

On 08/07/2016 I checked my account to pay so as to pay my helper and noticed that they had decucted the overdraft and account fees again on the said day after they deducted on the usual 25th of the month. I sat at the Woodlands branch from 13:08- 14:47 with people telling me there is nothing they could do as they did away with the account i have and upgraded to another on the 08/07/16 which is why i was billed. FNB is very good at selling people unwanted plans but not at simply notifying a loyal client of impending financially costing changes. I am really appalled at the disservice i received from FNB. Now my account is on minus and you have the audacity to tell me that i must deposit money ASAP when you are the ones that erred in duly notifying me. Gift Masevhe told me that they can see that i declined the platinum account offer on the system but they cannot see who implemented changes in my account and thus cannot do anything. I escalated the matter to the banch manager Viv Middendorp who told me what Gift said, she then called Rocky Marais who said the same thing. What happened to common courtesy FNB? I am tired of complaining about unauthorised debit orders that you allow on my account and this is the last straw! I have always made sure that my account was in good standing and now because of you I am on minus.
