I'm being charged for debit orders
Hi

I sent a query to FNB on 22 September 2015 about my cheque account and I have not received any email feedback from them.
I've noticed that I'm suddenly paying R16 on every debit order if not more. I'm not sure when this started because I can only view limited transactions on my online banking. I would REALLY like to know why this is based on the fact that my monthly fees are R100 + these undetailed service fees because I thought debit orders were free? I'm sensing that I FNB is trying to push to open a new account? Maybe I've been with this bank for too long and they are tired of my account!!!

Can I please get a response
